I have been planning on doing Pilates all night, but installing Word on this computer has seriously taken hours. Too many complications! I guess I’ll do a jump rope power sesh, some crunches, shower, & hit the hay.

Unconscious eating the past two days. Can’t even recall yesterday.. Here’s today: Iced coffee with almond milk
Half of a hard boiled egg
Raw veggies—cherry tomatoes, green peppers, & carrots
Whole wheat pasta with marinara
White corn
A spoonful of natural pb
A spoonful of cookie dough
More veggies with hummus—-carrots & lotsof cucumber
Two slices of Ezekiel toast with natural pb
Around a third of an avocado
Not enough water!

Week 4! Still feeling great! Haven’t been making it to the gym in the mornings like I should! I own my own ETSY shop and I have been working from 8-12/1 at night so 6:30 am just comes to early! I need to get back into the groove!
