I have been planning on doing Pilates all night, but installing Word on this computer has seriously taken hours. Too many complications! I guess I’ll do a jump rope power sesh, some crunches, shower, & hit the hay.

More veggies with hummus—-carrots & lotsof cucumber
Two slices of Ezekiel toast with natural pb
Around a third of an avocado
Not enough water!
